IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Friday, Feb. 17 is now an instructional day for students. Feb. 17 was originally a non-school day for students, but it is now an early-release instructional day for students. Students will be released at 1:40 p.m. on Feb. 17.
In addition, Late-Start Wednesdays have been cancelled for the following dates: Feb. 1, 8, 15. School will start at 7:50 a.m. on those dates. The Late-Start Wednesday for Feb. 22 remains as scheduled. Going forward, our intent is to cancel all but one late-start Wednesday each month. Plan on the last Wednesday of each month to remain a Late-Start Wednesday, with all others being cancelled.
Please adjust your calendars accordingly.

If there extra time, we will look at photographs from a very famous photographer - Annie Leibovitz: Life Through A Lens
She says, "A thing that you see in my pictures is that I was not afraid to fall in love with these people."
This is a wonderful overview one of the most famous photographers in the world.
You will learn some of her thought processes behind her work.
You will gain a point of view about some of her famous subjects and the relationship she developed.
