Learning Target: You will know the process for creating a successful test strip, or enlargement by following these practices and steps:
Why we use a filter in the enlarger>>>> to increase or decrease the contrast of the negative's image.

Start with a 2 or 3 filter to heighten the contrast- exposure time is not usually affected.
Use a 4 or 5 filter for greater contrast - exposure time may double.
